Hartsel Fire Protection District charges an Impact Fee of $763.00 for all new residential construction. Commercial construction is also charged an impact fee, but the amount varies depending on the size and type of project. Building permits will not be issued by Park County until the fee has been paid. We need a copy of your Plat Plan and payment of the fee to sign off on the building permit.
